WIN 2 TICKETS TO THE ATHLETIC CLUB – REAL SOCIEDAD DERBY | TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By participating in this Prize Draw, each participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

1. PROMOTER

The Promoter is J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd (trading as Castore), a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 09670915, with its registered office at 1 Central Street, Manchester, M2 5WR, United Kingdom.

2. HOW TO ENTER

  • The Prize Draw will open at 00:00 on 20 October 2026 (“Opening Date”) and close at 23:59 on 28 October 2026 (“Closing Date”), inclusive. All times refer to mainland Spain local time.

  • To enter the Prize Draw, customers must purchase an Athletic Club 2026/27 kit with personalisation through the official Athletic Club online store during the Prize Draw Period.

  • Participation is automatic. Every qualifying order will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.

  • Each qualifying order counts as one entry. Customers placing multiple eligible orders during the promotional period will receive one entry per qualifying order.

  • The promotion is exclusively available online. Purchases made in physical retail stores will not qualify.

  • Free personalisation is available on new purchases of Athletic Club 2026/27 kits made through the official online store during the promotional period.

  • There is no minimum order value required to participate, provided that the order includes an eligible personalised kit.

  • Orders placed before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not qualify.

  • Cancelled or fully refunded qualifying orders will not be eligible.

  • By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entries that do not comply with these Terms.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Prize Draw is open to residents of Spain aged 18 or over, except:

  • Employees of the Promoter or its holding companies or subsidiaries.

  • Employees of the Promoter's agents or suppliers who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

  • Immediate family members or members of the same household as the individuals listed above.

By entering, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements.

The Promoter may request proof of age, identity, residence or eligibility before awarding the prize.

There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided that each entry corresponds to a separate qualifying order.

Fraudulent entries, entries generated through automated systems or entries submitted by unauthorised third parties will not be accepted.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify participants whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.

4. THE PRIZE

  • There will be one (1) winner.

  • The winner will receive two (2) general admission tickets to the Athletic Club – Real Sociedad derby.

  • The match will take place on 1 November 2026 at San Mamés Stadium, Bilbao, Spain.

  • Both tickets will be awarded to the same winner.

  • The prize consists solely of the two match tickets.

  • Travel, accommodation and any other expenses associated with attending the match are not included.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid qualifying entries received during the Prize Draw Period.

  • The draw will take place on Thursday, 29 October 2026.

  • One (1) winner will be selected to receive both tickets.

  • The winner will be notified by telephone call on Thursday, 29 October 2026, using the phone number provided when placing the qualifying online order.

  • If the selected winner does not answer the initial telephone call, the Promoter will make a second attempt to contact them within the following hour.

  • If the selected winner does not answer either telephone call, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

  • The same contact procedure will apply to any alternative winner selected.

  • The Promoter's decision regarding the selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law.

6. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

  • The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize when contacted by the Promoter.

  • The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, residence and qualifying purchase before awarding the tickets.

  • Once eligibility has been verified, the winner will receive instructions regarding ticket delivery or collection.

  • The winner is responsible for ensuring that their contact details provided at checkout are accurate and up to date.

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect contact information or is unable to attend the match.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter, its agents and distributors shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Prize Draw or acceptance of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms affects participants' statutory consumer rights.

8. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

  • The Promoter will process participants' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Athletic Club online store Privacy Policy:

  • Personal information provided when placing a qualifying order, including name, telephone number and email address, may be used to administer the Prize Draw, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize.

  • Participation in the Prize Draw does not constitute consent to receive additional marketing communications.

  • Any publication or disclosure of winner information will be carried out in accordance with applicable law and data protection requirements.

9. GENERAL

  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms or engages in fraudulent or misleading conduct.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

  • In the event of a technical error affecting entries, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure that the Prize Draw is conducted fairly.

  • These Terms shall be subject to applicable law, including mandatory Spanish consumer protection requirements.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law and mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
