RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At Castore, we take pride in our products and believe in the quality of our items. Therefore, we hope that you are completely satisfied with your Castore products.

Items must be unworn and have their original tags attached. Our Castore packaging is part of the product, so it must be returned with the items. This is to ensure that the product(s) are returned to us in a suitable and intact condition. Returned products that are damaged or stained will not be accepted. They will be sent back to the customer and/or the refund will be cancelled. Personalised products cannot be refunded or returned.

You are responsible for taking care of the items and will be liable for any damage until the package is received at our warehouse. We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced packages sent to us.

Please make a note of the tracking number shown on the label before sending your item. You may need to provide it if your package is delayed or lost in transit.

All return shipments are subject to a €5.50 fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Faulty products refer to manufacturing defects. Items that are damaged or torn as a result of normal wear and tear will not be considered faulty.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us by clicking here. We will ask you to provide a clear image of the fault and information about how the garment has been washed and dried. The item may then be returned.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. The amount will be refunded in the currency used for the original purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the amount may be slightly higher or lower than the original price paid.

Once we receive the return at our warehouse, we will start the refund process as soon as possible. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear in your account.

DISCOUNT CODES AND GIFT CARDS

Please note that only one code can be used per purchase.

Discounts cannot be used in combination with special offers and promotions.
